Journey Groups

If you don’t feel like individual sessions are for you, you enjoy the feedback and camaraderie of others, or if finances are a concern, group therapy is a great way to start making the changes and finding the solutions you desire.

Group therapy involves a small group of participants working together with a licensed therapist. All group interactions are helpful, respectful, and kind, and each group member outlines his or her own goals. Having a group of like-minded peers to act as a sounding board and support network help you to know you are not alone in your struggles. In addition, having different perspectives allows you to get a broader view of the issues which keep you stuck.

Aegis Counseling currently offers the groups below.
